Sound familiar?

Is your child struggling with…

These challenges are more common than you think — and they respond beautifully to the right support, early.

  • Difficulty with writing, drawing or holding a pencil
  • Trouble getting dressed, eating or managing daily routines
  • Sensory sensitivities — noise, textures, crowds, bright lights
  • Poor concentration or difficulty sitting still at school
  • Delayed fine or gross motor skills compared to peers
  • Emotional regulation difficulties and frequent meltdowns

You're not alone — and these challenges are not a reflection of you or your child. Early assessment can identify the underlying factors and build a targeted plan that fits your family.

What we offer

Paediatric OT services in Kogarah

Targeted, play-based OT — in clinic, at home, at school or via telehealth. Every plan is built around your child's goals, not a generic checklist.

Handwriting & Pencil Skills

From a tripod grip that finally feels natural, to legible letters and sentences kids are proud of — structured programs that turn handwriting from a battle into a win.

Sensory Processing Therapy

Calm the meltdowns at the supermarket, the school gate and bath time. We map your child's sensory profile and build daily routines that actually work at home.

Fine & Gross Motor Programs

Buttons, scissors, riding a bike, catching a ball — play-based sessions that quietly rebuild strength, coordination and confidence.

School Readiness Support

Attention span, pencil grip, toileting, social play and following routines — everything your child needs to walk into the classroom feeling capable.

Home & School Visits

Skills practiced where life happens. We come to your home or your child's classroom across the St George region — no traffic, no transitions, real-world progress.

NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments

Detailed, plan-ready FCAs written by experienced paediatric OTs. Usually back to you within 2–3 weeks, not 2–3 months.

Plan-ready

Your first call is with me — not a gatekeeper. I founded Square One Therapy Hub because every family deserves to be properly heard before therapy even begins.

On our free 15-minute call I'll listen, point you to the right next step, and only match you with a therapist on our team if it's the right fit for your child.

Questions?

We've got answers

How do I know if my child needs occupational therapy?+

If your child is struggling with daily tasks, school or development in ways that worry you, a occupational therapy assessment is a great first step. You don't need a referral to get started.

Is NDIS funding welcome?+

Yes — we welcome both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and we'll help you understand how to make the most of your child's funding.

Do you accept Medicare and private health?+

Yes. We accept all major private health funds with on-the-spot claiming — no waiting for your rebate. Children with a GP Management Plan are also eligible for Medicare rebates.

How long are sessions?+

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes depending on your child's age and goals. We'll recommend the best structure after the initial assessment.

Do you offer home & school visits?+

Yes — we come to you across the St George region. Skills practiced in real environments stick.

Do you offer telehealth?+
